    Shipping Policy:

    We will keep you updated after you pay for your orders
    1. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours AFTER you successfully paid for it.
    2. When you successfully place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours from us. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we'll send you another email with tracking information for your package.
    3. All parcels will be delivered by USPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc. usually within 5 to 7 business days for arrival.
    4. Don't forget, we always arrange shipment from Monday through Friday only. If you need shipment on weekends, please contact our customer service.

    Return Policy:

    We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accept a return.
    1. If u wanna return your purchase for exchange, you should contact us within 30days from the date you received it; for full refund, within 7 days. After the time frame, we do not accept any return.
    2. Pleas ensure your returned items in original packaging including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be re sold.
    3. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
    4. Please advise us the tracking number when you return your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will refund you only AFTER we received your items.
    5. All returns are subject to the F.A.Q on our website entitled "How do I return/exchange my order?" After u contact us, we will offer you the detailed return address and instructions to complete your return.
